At point of purchase

  • Full payment for items is taken at point of booking, bookings can only be taken online.
  • Items can be ordered in multiples of 2s and 4s, we recommend that you do not order less than the numbers in your party.
  • At point of purchase items are ordered therefore we cannot agree to part or full refunds
  • We are unable to swop items, what has been purchased online is what will be produced.
  • Should there be supply issues then certain items may be substituted
  • Any additional add-ons will be supplied at point of collection.
  • All prices include VAT
  • Details correct at time of going to print

 

Post Purchase

  • You will receive confirmation from the hotel of your order.
  • A courtesy call will also be made by a member of team to you to run through your order
  • The collection of your “Gourmet to go” will be arranged for December 24th within a specific time slot which we need you to arrive at the hotel for.  A member of staff will be waiting for you from where your package will be delivered into your vehicle.
  • Please ensure this is returned to a refrigerated area as soon as possible.
  • Full instructions are provided on how to cook, temperatures and times required.
